What is Career mentoring?

Career Mentoring offers Newcastle University students career support through access to professionals working in the region.  Mentoring gives you the opportunity to build your network and make contact with people who work in areas that interest you.

Mentoring is a partnership with the goal of achieving professional and personal development.  A mentor is a trusted adviser and a role model who can act as a sounding board for your career aspirations.  They will ask questions, and use their experience and knowledge of the workplace to help you clarify your career goals.
