Participate in a focus group and help improve the EURAXESS network

The background
The Evaluation Partnership has been contracted to evaluate the EURAXESS network for researchers by the European Commission. The aim of the evaluation is to assess the extent to which EURAXESS has helped researchers over the last few years, and an important part of this assessment includes feedback from researchers themselves.

The focus groups
A focus group is a moderated discussion among a small group of individuals to test and generate ideas and opinions. For this evaluation, focus groups will be carried out in ten different European countries. During up to 1.5 hours, we would like to discuss with researchers who are familiar with EURAXESS their perceptions and opinions of the network, including the extent to which it meets their needs and communicates effectively, and how the network could be improved in the future.

Your participation
We would like to invite you to take part in one of the focus groups, which will take place in Room 2.20, Research Beehive, Old Library Building, Newcastle University. This will be your opportunity to express your views, opinions, experiences and ideas, and thereby contribute to shaping the future of EURAXESS. The results of the discussions will be treated confidentially.

We would be very grateful if you could take the time to participate. The group will take place on Monday 13 May at 13.00-14.30. In order to thank you for your time, we are happy to provide all participants with £40 gift certificates for amazon.co.uk.

If you would like to participate, please contact Bradford Rohmer. Note that places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Should you have further questions, feel free to get in touch at the contact details below.
